'The plan for Greece that we are proposing is based on the dynamic of these businesses and offers incentives for investment, bolsters competition, an outward-looking perspective, and exports,' said party leader Fofi Gennimata

The leader of the centre-left Movement for Change party has promised to gradually lower business taxes from 29 percent to 20 percent.
The pledge was made by party leader Fofi Gennimata, following a meeting with the governing bodies of The Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen & Merchants (GSEVEE) and of The Hellenic Confederation of Commerce and Entrepreneurship (ESEE).
After the meeting, Gennimata said that, “Greek businesses have the power to expedite the train of development and create jobs.”
Gennimata charged that government policies are keeping down and annihilating small-and-medium-sized businesses.
“We have had enough already with the false promises of SYRIZA and New Democracy. The plan for Greece that we are proposing is based on the dynamic of these businesses and offers incentives for investment, bolsters competition, an outward-looking perspective, and exports. We are restoring liquidity, changing the state, and giving a second chance to those who are really trying, Gennimata said.
