German travel agents do not consider this summer a loss for the European South and the Mediterranean, as they do not see a desire of their customers to cancel or change their reservations for holidays in countries affected by major fires, reports the German Travel Association (DRV ), which represents travel agents and travel agencies.
According to the Association, “the holiday hotels of German travel agents, especially on the coast, if in some cases have been affected, have been only marginally affected”.
