Grivalia Hospitality, a leading investment company in the field of luxury hospitality, has completed the process of transferring headquarters from Luxembourg to Greece.
This strategic move proves in practice the confidence of both the Management of Grivalia Hospitality and its institutional shareholders in the prospects of further development presented by the Greek economy and in particular the tourism sector, but also in the macroeconomic stability of the country.
It is noted that it is the first transfer of headquarters completed from abroad to Greece, with all the necessary procedures successfully implemented within the set schedule.
This is a decision completely in line with the company’s overall strategy to focus exclusively on the development of the luxury hotels and resorts market in Greece.
The first transfer of headquarters from abroad
Regarding the transfer of the company’s headquarters to Greece, Mr. Giorgos Chrysikos, Chairman & CEO of Grivalia Hospitality noted that it was a strategic decision that we have been methodically preparing for 2 years, as we recognize the significant growth prospects presented by Greece in all sectors and especially in the sector of ultra-luxury tourism.
Grivalia Hospitality was founded in 2015 and Fairfax, Eurolife, Eurobank and Grivalia Management participate in its share capital.
Today the company’s portfolio (Amanzoe, One&Only Aesthesis in Asteria Glyfadas, ON Residence, Avantmar in Paros, etc.) includes iconic ultra-luxury tourism projects with a value exceeding 510 million euros and when those under development are completed, this value will exceed 1.1 billion euros.
