Greek Finance Minister Kostis Hatzidakis, in comments after attending his first Eurogroup meeting on Friday since being appointed to the post last month, promised a continued effort by the Mitsotakis government to implement reforms.

“Over the last four years, Greece has been a positive surprise for Europe. I presented priorities of our economic agenda to my European colleagues, and I made it clear that we’re determined to capitalize on the progress that’s been made, while at the same time, to proceed with all necessary reforms to make our economy even more competitive, more dynamic,” Hatzidakis said.
