A total of 24,888 patients with COVID-19 have died in Greece since the beginning of the pandemic, 95.5 percent with underlying health conditions and/or age 70 or older.
The total number of infections recorded by EODY since the start of the pandemic today surpassed the three million mark (3.05mn), 49.1 percent men. There was a 0.7 percentage point daily increase in the last 24 hours.
In the last 24 hours, 281 COVID-19 patients have been admitted to hospital (a daily decline of 6.02 percentage points). For the last seven days, the median daily number of admissions is 290 patients.
